For many years, Facebook was the only social media platform that we used here at Buckswood Overseas Summer School (BOSS). Unlike on our Instagram page, you can find videos (339 videos!) and photos dating back to the very first year of BOSS in 2012 and even though this wasn't so long ago, those photos and videos seem pretty retro and of course bring back so many amazing memories.
If you have never had a look at our Facebook page, we highly recommend that you do. You will find a treasure trove of photos and videos involving probably just about every student that has walked through our doors. See them dancing, singing, running around in cardboard cars, organising parties, walking down the catwalk in their amazing costumes and more. Basically, see our students (and staff) enjoying summer school for what it is - a amazingly, incredible amount of fun!

Judging by our top 10 most viewed videos on Facebook, it is quite clear to see that Facebook had its heyday back in 2017, the year when the majority of our most viewed videos were made. This also coincides with the time that Instagram was growing in popularity with the world's youth and it was in 2017 that we really started to use our Instagram page a lot more. A coincidence? We're not sure but it is true that Facebook has become a lot less popular in recent years hence our move more towards Instagram. Be sure to check us out there too!
