Our House System
At BOSS, our House System is at the heart of student life and something that makes us truly unique. While the whole school feels like one big family, your house becomes your closest community – the friends you live with, share experiences with, and cheer on as part of your team.

Students earn house points for achievements, effort, and positive behaviour, while points can also be lost for breaking rules. At the end of each week, the winning house is rewarded with a special prize – the much-loved pizza night and the honour of being first into the Dining Room the following week. These traditions create excitement, pride, and memories that last long after the summer ends.
Our Houses
We have six houses at BOSS: Kipling, Milne, School House, Rowling, Oaks, and Wells. Each has its own history, traditions, and spirit, and each has helped shape outstanding students over the years. Life in a BOSS house is about belonging, teamwork, and healthy competition.

Whichever house you join, you’ll be part of a supportive community that encourages you to grow, take part, and make the most of your time at BOSS.
Support in Every House
From the moment you arrive at BOSS, your House Tutors will be there to welcome you and provide the care and guidance you need throughout your stay.
While up to 30 dedicated staff members live onsite to ensure students are always supervised, supported, and safe, your House Tutors are your first point of contact. They are the people you can turn to for advice, reassurance, or simply a friendly chat.

The BOSS House System is built on teamwork, friendship, and a strong sense of belonging. Living and learning alongside your housemates naturally encourages cooperation, mutual support, and pride in everything you achieve. This unique structure helps every student to feel part of a close community, motivating you to do your best and celebrate success together.
