Safeguarding & Welfare
At BOSS, the safety and wellbeing of every student is our absolute priority. We provide a secure, structured environment where young people can learn, grow, and enjoy themselves with confidence. Our safeguarding policies meet the highest standards in line with UK legislation and British Council accreditation, ensuring that parents can trust us to care for their children at all times.
All staff members complete safeguarding training before the start of each course, with a focus on child protection, welfare, and recognising the individual needs of every student. With experienced House Tutors, trained First Aiders, and 24/7 supervision on campus, students are supported in both their academic and personal lives.
We take a proactive approach to safeguarding by encouraging open communication, mutual respect, and a culture where every student feels safe, heard, and valued. By combining professional training with genuine care, BOSS provides a safe and nurturing environment where children from around the world can thrive.

Student Registration
At BOSS, student safety is at the centre of everything we do. To make sure every child is accounted for throughout the day, we have a strict registration system that ensures regular check-ins from morning until bedtime. Students are registered at the following times:
-
07:45 – Wake up
-
08:00 – Room inspections
-
09:00 – Morning assembly
-
09:30 – In class
-
11:30 – After break
-
14:00 – Afternoon class
-
16:30 – Activity meeting
-
19:30 – Activity meeting
-
21:15 – In houses
-
22:00 – In bed
During the times in between registration, students are with a member of staff, on breaks or in meals.
This structured routine guarantees that students are supervised and supported 24/7, giving parents peace of mind and helping students feel secure as they enjoy their time at BOSS.
